Share some punk albums that are overshadowed by the most popular ones from the group.
Crimpshrine's entire career overshadowed by Operation Ivy, Fifteen and Pinhead Gunpowder. Pinhead Gunpowder, in turn, overshadowed by Green Day.

Marquee Moon is better, no doubt, however it seems that some don't even know that this exists

It may be overshadowed, but their s/t is still by far their best album.

Project: Mersh, too - that's a great one

There's a sophomore Television album? Huh.
Here's one that's criminally underrated, if we count Dealing With It as their most popular
>>64132982
it surprises me how many people actually kind of despise this album because it's not Marquee Moon.
i don't see it at all, I love it. "Days" is honestly my favorite Television song, it's so comforting

On a song by song basis it's almost as good as Marquee Moon honestly but the former has am overall mood and sequencing that kicks so much ass. "Carried Away" was my favorite Television song for a long time.

i agree completely

corrected
Fear & Whiskey and Rck'n'Roll are probably their best albums but I don't think I've ran into a Mekons album I've disliked.

but New Day Rising is the other popular one though
the sticker on the cover lied to you - this is totally as good as Atomizer (cheese).

I don't even remember this fucking album by them. Which ones did this come out between?
>>64133859
it's all their early shit

Well maybe not so overshadowed but is an album.

RFL is great, but the 90s Caroline reissue is such an abomination.
Even throught green day is not punk and its more garage rock/pop I post this.
