Anyway, this is what I usually work with

The EQ is turned off but I like to keep the spectrum going. I bought the EQ for super cheap mostly for the fact that it has two tape in/outputs cuz I'd like to get back into 8 tracks at some point, and then I could run the cassette and 8 track through it and then connect the reel into the 2nd tape in/rec on my preamp and reserve the tape 3 output for a headphone amp if I ever need.
