Hear me out, I'm a diehard Bowie fan. But the album "Heroes" never really connected with me as a whole. Don't get me wrong the title track is a classic, Secret Life Of Arabia is terrific, I love Joe The Lion and Black Out is wonderful. But the rest just leaves me cold.
I'm a huge fan of Eno and Fripp. 1.Outside is my favorite Bowie album, yet most people find that one too abstract. "Heroes" is still a 8/10, 4/5 classic for me. I just don't hold it close to my heart for some odd reason.

Eh it's just your opinion. I was never crazy about "Dirty Mind" by Prince or "Velvet Underground & Nico." Yet I LOVE LOVE LOVE Prince and Lou Reed. Somethings connect with us others don't it's what makes us all unique and fun to get to know. You're not a pleb or an idiot if your taste is slightly "different."

Don't worry anon, I didn't like Heroes either.
The only song that I really liked on there was Heroes.

I concur. Not sure why people put it up there with Low. Same for Lodger, but even more so.

Is the kind of album you listen from the start to the end, non-stop. Just try it.
