Better than Disintegration

I love it.
An album born from a mind close to blow itself out, that like a last attempt to exorcise itself lets everything out and produces songs that go from hatred everyone and everything alive to melancholic tunes with the passivity toward decay characteristic of depression.
Soon after that The Cure became a sort of crappy band.

Their second best album, expressing a level of angst so far past parodic levels that you can't help but actually take it kind of seriously. It's the kind of record every edgemaster artist wishes they could actually pull off.

Disintegration was fine.
Albums like Kiss me kiss me kiss me are the ones I find annoying.

My favorite Cure album. Cold is my favorite track from it.
