Next time you jump off a structure and are trying to kill yourself, rotate so that you hit head first. That increases the likelihood of death instead of fucking yourself up.

I'm on antipsychotics. Used to be on olanzapine, but it made me tired throughout the day so i switched to aripiprazol/abilify. I still get bouts of feeling like shit and wanting to kill myself, but it's become easy to not adhere to or believe those ideas.
I've also become less dependant on weed and alcohol in social situations due to the anxiety being lessened.
