How to get into genre X
1-create a blank X account
2-Rate the most rated (as in amount of ratings and not in rating score) you didnt rated
3-go back to 2 until there is some auto recommendation from genre X to be rated
4-rate the first auto recommendation from genre
5-go back to 3

some problem with your idea
if you rate the albums you get with your alternate account and usual account, you will receive mostly stuff you rated with your normal account as recommendation.
a solution to that, is instead of rating auto recommendations, you add the top 2 similar users and make a chart with the top albums from genre X, and you listen to the top
