american football obviously, but also pre-drone GYBE on getting sodas, early modest mouse on wendover, old bright eyes on mental health, some of the best doom metal sounds on we need more skulls
they aren't creative or original by any means, but all their influences are likable to me so I can dig it.

if you like OTMOP you should look into Fellow Project, their guitarist is in that band and also has extremely good lyrics. Fellow Project also shared a member with Bridge and Tunnel who again have some amazing lyrics. Both bands are pretty incredible but it might take some growing on you?
