Honestly, Trilogie De La Mort is one of the best albums I've ever heard, I go back to it frequently
It's kinda left a mark on me
It's 100% in my top 5, and I probably listen to it more than anything else in my top 5
Scum generally goes un noticed, and their albums are good but become less experimental

last week i was at mayhem for the first time, it's a bit too soon to tell but i think it changed my life. it was so damn cool to hang out with all the people there in that wonderful atmosphere. getting the opportunity to having the nicest casual little chats with artists that i've looked up to for so long was unbelievable

i talked to loke rahbek, christian stadsgaard, jacob van deurs formann from communions, mischa pavlovski and mats erlandsson. and some more people i can't really remember.
since i'm swedish i mostly hung out with mats and another swedish dude whom i sort of know from seeing at gigs around stockholm a lot. mats is the nicest dude, loved talking to him. both his releases this year have been amazing, if you haven't checked them out you really should

i've honestly only listened to it once and i remember enjoying it but not much else. i never listened to their their first album so i had no idea what to expect, pleasant surprising album for sure. but yeah i need to listen to it again because atm i can't recall any specific textures or sounds on it

I'm listening to it for the first time now, but i think the atmosphere is very interesting, especially since i read that they record the album in a church.
i also think the more electronic ending of the album is good, but i don't know yet if i would like the atmosphere from the earlier part of the album to be throughout the album or if the pretty extreme change of sound is a good addition
