Just bought this because I dig Syro and SAW 85-92. Listened to I Care Because You Do yesterday, was good.
Not quite so sure on this one though.. 7 tracks in so far. I think my loud tinnitus is ruining the experience.

it's not that bad, i don't hear it usually because my enviroment is louder and deafens the tinnitus, or however you say.
Sometimes when listening to chill music like ambient or some nice classic music I get real sad though, because all I can hear is my tinnitus.
Wear your fucking earplugs and you should hopefully be ok. I went to my sort-of first concert 8-9 years ago when i was an idiot teenager, and didn't use plugs, and that's when I got tinnitus. So use earplugs.

Hold out until the second CD. The first CD is kind of weird and dissonant and I didn't like it much until a second listen.
I love the album because it sounds exactly like dreams to me (which I guess was his point), but the tradeoff is that you don't get any of the Aphex Twin beats that make the rest of his work so good.
