320kbps, FLAC takes up a room I could be using for more music and there isn't a noticeable jump in quality.

Its identical, v0 is just more efficient. 320kbps doesn't manage itself at all.

Technically, it's better by a very, very small margin. If you know something about bitrates you should know that VBR > CBR and that v0 is way more efficient than 320 while sounding basically the same. They're both transparent, so good luck telling which one is which on a blind test [abx].
I literally buy music off itunes because I don't know another way and youtube rips aren't the best quality.
