Where were you when weezer made an amazing comeback?
Honestly, I feel envious towards anyone who could say without a doubt that this is an amazing comeback.

There's no question that it's their best since Pinkerton, and definitely Green Album and Maladroit. It's much more coherent in sound and theme than EWBAITE and the quality is very consistent, unlike a lot of their previous albums.

Yeah, I feel like it's equal to Green - 6/10. It sure is Weezer, but there is just a complete lack of honesty in both the production and lyrics. Everything sounds super polished, and Weezer pretends he's 17 when he's like 43. Why can't he just make songs about being 43? I love Weezer because they're genuine, Pinkerton is hurtfully real. Why can't we get the 43 year olds version of that?

I actually like Red Album more than any of Weezer's post-Pinkerton albums.
