When you die your consiousness and your memories will stay intact, you will hear an album of your choice and after that your consciousness will shutdown.

being alone with your thoughts for longer than the universe has existed might be like torture for few years, but you'd prolly end up in nirvana eventually and then spend the rest of eternity like that
Can you imagine the immense mix of dread and calm you would feel as those last few bars began to fade out, knowing you wouldn't exist in a very short amount of time.
Nothing you ever did matters to you anymore.
I felt a bit like that when I took salvia for the first time. I had WAY too much for my first drug other than weed (it was 17x extract and I had 3x the amount the dude recommended). At one point my mind felt entirely seperate from my body, and that I wasn't coming back. I felt so sad that I'd never be able to finish what I'd started, but also that I worried so much about stuff which no longer mattered.
Disclaimer, it was my friends that bought it, I wasn't to know they gave me too much

But no one knows what happens m8, are we thrown into another void or do we just fade away? Do we transcend to heavenly fractal bliss or just turn into muck and dirt?

But probably one of these
>>63754649
that would be such a bizzare way to go
What's that band that had the million year long album?
>>63755142
It'd be brown
It's dark, percussive and adds a calm sense of dread. I could describe it as 'dungeony'.
One of my favorit electronic albums of 2016.

So even after death you would be listening to pretensious experimental music in hopes to impress your peers?
I'd prolly pick The Fellowship Of The Ring OST.

you impressed me
>>63755569
yup
hard as fuck

i'd like to be that guy and choose about 35 minutes of silence. pure silence. so that i can have a gauge of if what comes after is silent, and so that i can truly know silence.
Loveless, of course.
>>63755655
>truly know silence
you won't know anything senpai, you'll be dead
>>63755740
i meant for the duration of the silence
>>63755984
>tfw have tinnitus
>tfw you can never know silence.
how come people dont talk about death much? like aside from religious people, and i get that a lot of people are afraid of it but its so fascinating, its one of lifes biggest mysteries like who knows what comes next?
>>63754096
my choice as well
>>63756626
because most non-religious people know that nothing happens after death
>>63757217
what about spirituality and shit? like the doors of perception type people
even scientists are often open to there being something else out there, whether or not we're consciously part of it or whatever
>>63757217
>they know
I don't hear an album so my consciousness doesn't shut down.
Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club... on vinyl. With that endless loop in the end.
