I think the AT-LP60 tracks at around 3 grams, which is still kinda heavy for MM carts, but at least it's miles better than ceramic ones, which track around (which can go up to 7).
Tracking force is not the only factor though, but how good does the AT-LP60 track through the record. Not sure how good this turntable tracks, but I'm gonna assume it's not as good as the AT-LP120 (which you can exchange carts) and other better tables.
Don't panic though, your records won't be ruined overnight by the LP60, but I recommend to get a better setup whenever you can.

Haven't had any issues with tracking, even on fairly scratched records, except on one record which has a scratch the depth of the marianas trench across track 1 where my girlfriend's crosley fucked it up real good

After that record of mine got carved to shit I returned it the next day, the LP60 on the other hand has given me no problems at all
It's cheap and will probably do similar things over a much longer time but for the time being it's pretty sweet

I recently got gifted this by my godfather. Dude is pretty based, worked as a roadie for a bunch of bands from the 70s and 80s. He loves telling the story of how he smoked a bong with jerry garcia.
Only problem is that this record has a warp that makes it unplayable, it's not bowled or anything until you lay it on the turntable and see just how unflat it lies. I wish I could fix it, but no matter how long I leave it pressed under weight, it stays the same bowed shape. Fug.
