I think it's great except for Jimmy and Come Around.
Jimmy is great, Come Around would be one of the best songs on the album if somebody had violently killed Timbaland before he could record his verse

I might be reading his verse and the song incorrectly, but I think he confuses Indians with Native Americans ('you and me need to go to your teepee'). It's either that or just a throwaway phrase, but either way, shit verse.
