These are some of my favorite vaporwave artists.
OPN is great, but he only did one vaporwave album.
There's almost no good vaporwave. There's a trio of Hong Kong Express, 2814, and Telepath that make pretty decent music (some people say it's not really vaporwave). They might be the only tolerable vaporwave artists.

No. It's literally meme music that's been beaten to death for years now.
OPN, however, is worth listening to. He's not a vaporwave artist.
