It says the album was recorded at various points between 1989 and 1998 with an old 4-track recorder.
It also says that the guy was abducted by aliens in summer of 1986 and the album was inspired by said incident. There's no more info about it, other than his name is Mark, used to live in Oklahoma and was guitarist in a new wave band.

Not much is known. In 1988, a man known only as the pseudonym "Miyamoto" became playing exceptionally experimental shows in Tokyo's underground. He played with the likes of Les Rallizes Denudes, Merzbow, and Keiji Haino often. He was particularly fascinated with video games and believed they would change art forever, and took a particular liking to the game Super Mario Bros. 3. After having a panic attack on stage and ranting about how the Japanese Red Army should win, he vanished from the face of the Earth. All that was found was this cassette backstage, with no track names, album name, or artist name.
