What do you do before a show?
Warm-ups, streches, drinking room temp water, exercises, etc?
What are some good practices and what should you not do?

I don't know. I've never been good enough to perform LOL
More of a mental warm-up than anything, but go for a walk with some headphones in and listen to some live recordings of your favourite artists (or sit and watch footage, whichever you feel works best)

I usually have a fistfight with our drummer. I mean it's one guy really, i've been playing in one band for 3 years. Alcohol gets our aggresions out I guess.
