Agree with LCW but when will this meme that BtS is so much better than modest mouse end? I love both bands and it honestly just seems like a matter of preference, they're friends and have similar music there's no need to have some fake beef

Not trying to start beef friend, it''s not a meme. As you said, preferences. I think MM's music has more immediate appeal, but BtS has the overall better songs. I used to like MM more when I was in high school, but over time I started to appreciate Built to Spill's compositions more.
But yes LCW is a fantastic album and arguably as good if not better than anything BtS has made.

My bad then, people have been in these threads saying that MM is garbage compared to built to spill and I don't get it. Nothing Wrong With Love and Perfect From Now On are two of my favorite albums ever
