Can you guys honestly give me a reasonable explanation as to why this album isn't at least top 100 of all time?
I'm being serious here, what is it about this album that gets ridiculed here? No worthless criticisms like "le music jus suks, generic trash, numetal shit, bad lyrics" etc. It honestly makes just as much sense as calling Abbey Road "A classic", or having "Great music", but with no explanation as to why.

Because music/artistic expression is subjective so there's no such thing as a "Top 100 of all time" only a personal top 100.
The lyrics are pretty cringe at times

both vocalists are utter retarded assholes but I do like this album and meteora and even a couple songs off MTM but only for nostalgia's sake
