I find it pretty likable myself. I think the worst thing i could say about it is a lot of sounds pretty samey, but then you can say the same for most genres (that 90% of that genre is shit).
It is exactly the sort of thing i'd expect a fedora-wearer to listen to though. But i try not to avoid stuff just because i know people i despise like it (you end up ruining everything good that way).
