i think he's boring
like i can tell the beats, the lyrics, his flow is above average but literally all of his music doesn't interest me at all. he's just the best a generic rapper can be

I like certain songs. Forbidden Fruit, January 28th, his Black Friday track is arguably just as good as the song the instrumental comes from. I think that a lot of his stuff is kind of bland, especially from stuff before Born Sinner, but he's improved his style quite a bit.
When someone mentions J. Cole it shows that they have promise for getting into rappers with more lyrical depth. There's a reason Kendrick chose him for a collaboration album.
You need to be on a certain intelligence level to vibe with him since he spit the real shit and not just that party business #100
