they're still a label worth keeping an eye on but their output is no longer as consistently excellent as it once was.

it's actually a really confusing situation, boomkat and tesco organisation have it listed as in stock and ready to ship for europeans but the official hospital release announcement stated that the the sets are still at the plant and that they won't ship for another 6-8 weeks

I wish I'd been there for 2006 (to see Macro's final performance especially) but 07 and 08 were great.

Didn't really talk/hang with anyone in 07, was still in awkward "wtf am I doing here" phase. By 08 I'd finally realized that noise people are people just like you and I and missed the Haters set because I was upstairs in the VIP room.

Honestly I can't remember how my friends and I got in there, I was pretty far gone on benzos and bourbon, but I remember sitting next to Rodger Stella (who was similarly gone) and later on talking with Nancy Garcia as she was familiar with where I was from upstate. Sorry that story isn't more interesting.
Now that I think about it, there were quite a few sets for 08 I can't remember seeing for whatever reason: Astro, FFH, Cluster, Crumer - a lot of blanks.
I just remembered Randy Yau's celery set, on the other hand. Total classic.
