I love her songs but her deadpan personality seems to clash with her musical esthetic. The way she's just sort of there and not really putting any visual emotion into her performance makes it feel off. Titanic Sinclair, the guy who directed her videos, dick rides David Lynch to the point that he's misding out on some of the charm and just getting the unnerving parts. So if you don't like Lynch you're going to be less likely to enjoy her videos which is tragically going to limit her ability to blow up.
