Post albums that are, to you, absolutely perfect (you wouldn't skip a single song if you started right now). I'll post a few to start.
I guess its an EP technically but here is another

nice choice, i hardly ever see the men talked about on here
Heres another from OP altho this one can be iffy depending on my mood
OK Computer is a cheat code, I know. Also I retract that The Oh Sees album; "Heavy Doctor" is a bad song, I forgot about it

Yeah, I used to listen to that album every day while I walked around university. Hit every note I needed to hear. I like Leave Home too but it aint flawless
O'Appalachia is a low point but I listen to it anyway because it serves as a bridge. By the way guys, I just wanna see the albums YOU listen to in entirety
satomimagae - koko
it's on spotify, go listen to it and i promise you won't regret it

Animal Collective - Fall Be Kind
>>63339753
I need to be introduced to Yo La Tengo; is this a good start or should I listen to the other one, with the lit-up house on the cover?

>(you wouldn't skip a single song if you started right now)
that's like, the easiest qualification for "perfect" that I've seen in my life
>>63340845
Don't listen to either of those first. Listen to I Can Hear The Heart Beating As One first.
>>63340917
thanks doll
>>63339842
Currently listening and loving it
>>63340864
Yeah its pretty weak, but we're not looking for objective perfection here
>>63340917
>>63340927
Will do
>>63341020
Any tips for how to get into this album? I've really enjoyed most of AnCo and Avey's work but I can't get into Panda Bear

>we're not looking for objective perfection here
Fair enough. It definitely promotes discussion rather than bullshit arguments about what 'perfection' is.
With that said, here's my choice then.
If you're not a Daft Punk fan this album is good, but if you are then it's absolutely mind-blowing. They take songs from all three of their previous albums and mix them in really interesting ways. Like, in Face To Face / Short Circuit, a distorted version of Harder Better Faster Stronger turns into the backing beat for the Face to Face vocals. One of the best parts about this album is the crowd - for example when you are first able to realize that the beat is actually HBFS, you hear the entire crowd cheer. Or in the mashup of Aerodynamic and One More Time, it starts with the intro to Aerodynamic and the crowd goes wild when One More Time cuts in. And then 2 minutes later One More Time drops out and Aerodynamic's main part starts playing. Then there's a new bassline, and then bridge of One More Time starts playing over Aerodynamic. It's fuckin sick m8. The whole album is filled with that kind of stuff, in every single song.

St. Elmo's Fire and Somber Reptiles are amazing tracks.

find a nice spot in nature preferably under a tree or by a nice pond on a warm sunny spring day and listen to Person Pitch front to back
Its glorious
>>63341133
Well, I can't say that I'm the biggest Panda fan because I didnt love Tomboy or Panda Meets the Reaper. But Person Pitch is a real favorite of mine, I think its because I listened to it while riding the Tri-Rail train in Miami-Dade county, FL every day... sounds of life.
>Celestite - Wolves in the Throne Room

>I forgot to post Doolittle
Can't break into Grandaddy
