Is this the most patrician videogame OST of all time?

It's really really good. But I don't think many people here would agree to call a video game OST patrician.
Think the sequel ost will live up to these claims?

/mu/ doesn't really know shit about videogames, and a soundtrack is only as good as it's used in the game it's from, this is true for film and vidya.
They're still one of the few primitive boards that doesn't think videogames are an artistic medium.

No sorry, that's not Arkham City OST.

>Stock hollywood music
>Comparable to NieR in any way
Gonna go with the Silent Hill 1 OST
>>63321519
I'm expecting NieR 2 to be a disappointment overall, soundtrack included. Not bad by any means, but many sequels usually end up being derivative works.

Yoko Taro has literally never made the same game twice and I can garauntee you that NieR 2 will be nothing like NieR 1, just like Drakengard 3 was nothing like Drakengard 1.

Yoko taro will, at the very least, never be derivative. It might disappoint, but it will be it's own, totally. Otherwise It'd definitely be an out-of-nowhere first.

No since Drakengard 3 OST didn't live up to the hype either.
Yeah pretty much OP. Hotline Miami has a great soundtrack as well.
EarthBound OST.
No, this is.
