I dunno about that, there are a lot of examples where rymers will seemingly downrate something just because it was well-liked by pitchfork. I think it's more likely that rym just does its own thing and doesn't drone all its opinions from one single source.

I love Marquee Moon, but i've listened to Adventure around 10 times and still can't get around it. While i enjoy some songs, i don't like them as much as i like the ones from their first album.
