Not really, that's partly what Whitehouse like doing with their music: making you engage with the parts of yourself that exist, but that you're either too ashamed, embarrassed, or scared of to acknowledge.

This pretty much sums up the appeal. Especially the song Cut Hands Has The Solution is so brilliant in how it says so much and conveys intensity on so many levels by being very poetic, lyrically, and being open to multiple interpretations, each of them being scary. I still every now and then think about who "knuckle-knicks" is and who's talking to him. And why.
