>>62630552
I agree but I'm getting tired talking about it it's a great album but can we leave it at that instead of getting all pretentious about it when it doesn't win album of the year?
>>62630768

Not even the best Kendrick album.

>>62635004
mute that tpab slop and drop some tlop
>>62635222
That album has bangers and amazing lyricism in songs like Dualism. Flatbush Zombies are gonna drop a record so on top so I'm excited for that. Who's that album by? I'll check it out
>>62632283
this
>>62635307
I mean the thing is it wasnt really psychedelic or abstract, they just rapped about psychs and third eye and shit but the actual content wasnt that trippy. Vocals were dry af too. This album is Angry Kid by Jonathan Mathis my personal favorite from last year i know it gets posted a lot but idc hes so talented yet underground he deserves the exposure imo
>>62635435
I disagree. Sure they didn't have a fuck ton of reverb on the vocals but they had ambiental effects in the instrumentals and the overall messages were definitely psychedelic based thoughts such as peace, judging pop culture and understanding and bettering oneself.
>>62635541
Maybe if they produced their own instrumentals id be more impressed. Lyrics were too straight forward for my taste also, but it wasnt a bad album
