cocteau twins, i forget her name is linda fraser or something, she would some times use non words as lyrcis or something. It sounds like bullshit on paper but she was so expressive it's unbelievably artistic. I know sigur ros has the balls to try this as well but I can't think of anyone other than cocteau twins who can really pull it off
