I think the Japanese symbol is meant to point towards the main Japanese section of the chart (from Loveless, take a right and you'll see it)
Frowny face is the sadder parts of the chart (you can see it start right above sunbather with a True Widow album)

Besides the fact that I personally disagree with you, Sunbather is easily more essential canonically than Judah or Bermuda.
