Nah, the version that's actually IN FF13. I'm on the part where hopes house is getting raided and I've never heard this version of blinded by light before. I tried looking up, "extended" and "battle" but nothing came up.

None of the songs have bad OSTs, but IV is really weak. I'd say VIII is one of the best overall, even if the game itself is a complete mess.
