90s bowie was the shit desu
Although all 90's Bowie albums are underrated to a degree, that one is just not good.
Buddha of Suburbia is even more underrated it seems not many people know it was a proper studio album, not a soundtrack, even though it was sold as one almost everywhere, only the title track was ever in the show. Even now, nearly all his albums are in the itunes chart but not Buddha. All his 90s stuff is underrated.
