So I'm guessing I might not get a whole lot of answers for probably few gives two fucks about that part of the world... For shame.
But, In order to learn turkish I'm interested in discovering music from turkey, so I'm looking at good bands or songwriters from there.
Pretty much any genre, maybe not rap or electronic music.. ( still curious )
But if it is sounding like [Oxbow, Enablers, Daughters, The locust, Blonde redhead, radiohead, The Paper Chase, Arcade fire, Beirut, Other lives, parenthetical Girls, MONO, Black heart procession, Sigur ros, Silver Mt Zion] It can't be bad.
So yes, anywhere near Rock/experimental/metal music and kuddos if they're with turkish lyrics in it.
