If so, yes, but not a great starting point to get into BM imho. Listen to the early Norwegian scene releases if you haven't (as shitty of a rec as it may sound), and then move on to the French scene. Currently, the only good Norwegian bands are in Trondheim. Also, Finland has some great bands too (Satanic Warmaster, Behexen...). Browse the Metal Archives for a while, you'll discover great bands by yourself.

Maybe try some modern French projects such as The Arrival of Satan (http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/The_Arrival_of_Satan/18701). I'd say they're quality.
Also, yes, I think Enslaved are nice. I like Vikingligr best from them.
