Not "literally who" It's a group of the same producer of "Hotline Bling", they debuted their material for a major audience on OVO Sound Radio. They're associated with Drake. The producer is Nineteen85. Their music is really good, they balance effects with samples and catchy sing.
R&B like exists, a bunch a of artists, but they don't got the appeal of a Drake co-sign, hype-buzz or a label background.
