this not true. a couple years ago he toured , and there were three notable things:
1. he was not obese
2. he went on stage on time
3. his voice sounded perfect.
the two guitarists he had were good too, DJ ashba and bumblefoot
i also so slash live, and for just simply being a guitarist it was a great high energy show, despite the singer sounding like someone who belongs in a cover band
