Hate to pull the race card, but since that's like 95% of To Pimp A Butterfly, you kinda gotta.
Long story short, shit hits hard. Of course I'm not dealing with being a rich rapper, but Institutionalized and Alright strike a pretty strong chord with me. Legit one of my favorite albums.

Glacial Pace has some of the best bands out there. Modest Mouse obviously but Morning Teleportation and Mimicking Birds are fantastic as well, and no one ever talks about them.

Definitely deserves more attention also I'm amazed Orbitals Insides doesn't get talked about more often. In my opinion it's a lot better than anything something like BoC has ever put out.
