Your programmed drums sound fine, but I'd suggest maybe throwing some effects on them and or the keyboard to make them sound a little less canned. Otherwise it's a great song, I like all the different sections

I'd try a few things with the organ, maybe a bit of reverb/delay, distortion wouldn't be bad either. Maybe some subtle EQing as well. One problem that comes up with electronic instruments is that their frequencies are too bright, to make it fit better with the guitar you should dampen it in places, and boost the sounds that sound the best.
