What does /mu/ think of My Chemical Romance?
first few albums are classic emo/screamo whatever you wanna call it type shit. Black Parade was the beginning of the end but still really good. Anything after BP's not worth the time. Overrated to a certain extent, awful fanbase,
I loved them when I was in my "emo phase" I guess you can say. Now a days I'm into extreme metal, (bands like mayhem, suicide silence, behemoth, obituary, shit like that) ,but occasionally u enjoy mcr. I rate them 5.6/10

Actually really love MCR, one of my favorite bands. I actually just got the press of Bullets for Christmas. The only album of theirs that isn't fantastic is Danger Days, but it's got some fantastic tracks on it.
Three Cheers is probably the best album from that genre

They had a really profound impact in the mid-2000s, especially on teens, and The Black Parade was a really ambitious project that I think deserves more love around here.
