I like Young Thug, meme or not. Say what you want about him, but he writes some catchy pop vocal hooks and the production is high quality.

Most people start with 1017 Thug. It's super raw compared to his newer stuff.
Barter 6 is way more woozy and in the vein that Thugger is headed now.
If you like the more agressive tracks check out Slime Season 1. It's all over the place but still a great tape.
