This will always be the best grunge album, nothing else will even come close.
The other Nirvana albums are dogshit compared to this one but still much better than Alice in Chains or Memegarden. Pearl Jam is just fucking awful don't even get me started on Pearl Jam.

Alice in Chains at their best could express so much emotion than Nirvana.
I agree that Pearl Jam is shit but Guns N' Roses old and forthcoming do and will diarrhea all over every grunge lover and GN'R deniers heads.

haha Kurt's unplugged session has far more emotion than this, and that was live, Alice in Chains relied far too much on studio trickery (to a lesser extent on that one though to be honest, it's probably their best)

Yes. There is a meme that's been going around for maybe a week or two now. I don't mind it because it's making people listen to the better album. There's nothing wrong with enjoying this fun radio rock stuff. It doesn't make anybody less patrician if they know how to unwind and have a good time.
