Nah, I think his popularity peak/curve is pretty perfect. He got a lot of attention in the 90's and early 2000's when he was relevant and his work was at it's peak. As his releases got weaker his popularity waned, and now he's mostly remembered as a relic of 90's, which is kind of fair. He still puts out some good material now and then though.
