the closest thing I can think of to "narcissistic music" is some prince knock off album I found on discogs and decided to download. The entire album was literally just songs about how great the guy singing them looked, that was it, every... single... song... The album was not good at all though and I can't remember who it was by or it's name, which is a shame because I wanted to share the pain.
