OP I HIGHLY recommend Chill Out by The KLF. It's an ambient techno album about a trip through the deep south early in the morning. One warning, if you do listen to this album, try to fade out the end of Madrugada Eterna because there's a recording of a person reporting a car crash, and that might be weird. My friend skipped On The Run (from darkside) because he didn't like how he felt but I honestly loved it, to each his own. The album itself is amazing otherwise.
Panda Bear's Person Pitch is another great one, especially Bros. 12 minutes of "oh my god"

I've never been creeped out by any visuals, the really scary stuff came from thinking about my emotional and other issues while tripping. Not on LSD though, such a gratifying substance to work out your shit on, absolutely no fear.
