Bill Laswell has some absolutely AMAZING stuff that's buried pretty deep. All of Scientist's major albums are going to be great, you can find those easily.
Check out all of Sly and Robbie's production projects throughout the late 70s for more traditional and musically fantastic dub.
Check out Adrian Sherwood's label On-U Sound for tons of experimental 80s post-punky dub stuff.
