The guitars all sounded like they weren't tuned before they played them, it sounded weird and uncomfortable to me. As far as math rock goes, it was a little too Don Caballero sounding for my taste, I've never been big on that sound. Not a bad album, I just didn't enjoy it.

Well I got the CD version of Sister by Sonic Youth a couple weeks ago, it's got a bonus track at the end of it so I'm giving this album another listen. This is way better on the second listen!
