It's nothing wrong, really, as long as the cartridge tracks the record perfectly. However looks like a shitty turntable for DJing. DJing turntables (aka 1200-mk clones) are usually S-shaped tonearms, but I don't think there's a problem with casual listening.
How shit is the Pyle ttbt1? It's super cheap and looks like it has all the requisites (1200 clone, so counterweight and antiskating) but something is telling me that's a knock off for a reason

Pyle is a pretty shit company, they're make cheap products that are worth exactly their price. Sure that table has everything you'd need but it won't sound the best and isn't built the best either. I do realize that you're not expecting the best when you're paying that price, but even an Audio Technica LP60, which doesn't have a counterweight, would sound better than the Pyle. You're best bet is take a look for a vintage turntable used, you'll get a far better table and possibly even pay less than what you're looking to spend. Almost any vintage turntable that meets all the requirements would be better than the new ones in that price range, but still do you're research and try to get the best deal you can.
