So /mu/, what's the verdict?
For me, 8/10. Better than Y&G, about as good as Blue, not as good as Red. Still one of the best albums this year.
Didn't like it. I think red is a good record. Blue is okay. The rest I don't like.

I think if you go in expecting something different from Red or Blue, you'll like this album more
only had one chance to listen to it but so far it's a solid contender for AOTY.
Blue is my favourite but I fucking love Yellow and Green too. Red never really clicked with me though I do enjoy it.

True. I've just never really associated Baroness with metal. The band definitely crossover in the same territory as bands like Kylesa, well... all sludge and stoner bands desu. I've always just identified them as a rock band.
