these measures are not going to be used to litigate against you for pirating fucking music, you idiots. it will make the risk that much higher for the top tier of people like Kim Dotcom to open up websites that are obviously havens of such activity, but there are a million Kim Dotcoms in the world ready to take that risk for the high monetary reward involved.
