I unironically love RHCP. As normie as it sounds, Flea was one of the reasons I decided to start playing bass.
RHCP has always been one of my favorites, since I started listening to music a lot. People here talk shit on anything popular, probably because there's no reason to talk about it. They're not fucking huge for no raisin

They really are though.
Everything with Frusciante is fantastic. He's great at making passionate and pretty melodies.
I love them alot. BSSM was the first album I bought. Idk what it is but more than any other band their lyrics really invoke a sense of loneliness in me. Also growing up around drugs, their songs can really hit home.
